Amends Chapter 708, Hawaii Revised Statutes, by adding a new section to Part II regarding enforcement of trespass laws on public land

Authorizes any state or county law enforcement officer to enforce trespass laws regardless of whether the public land is owned by the State or by a county

Preserves existing responsibilities of law enforcement officers to enforce applicable state and county laws and maintains current jurisdictional boundaries between state and county law enforcement

Explicitly protects existing rights, privileges, and practices of the Native Hawaiian people and affirms the State's obligations to Native Hawaiians remain unaltered

Takes effect upon approval
