Amends Act 187, Session Laws of Hawaii 2013 (as amended by Act 196, Session Laws of Hawaii 2018) to modify provisions governing the condominium education trust fund.

Removes the June 30, 2023 cutoff date that previously allowed unexpended funds initially dedicated to supporting mediation and voluntary binding arbitration of condominium disputes to be redirected to other educational purposes.

Makes the provision allowing redirection of unexpended arbitration and mediation funds to educational purposes permanent, with no time limitation.

Requires the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Professional and Vocational Licensing Division budget ceiling to be adjusted to reflect the annual condominium education trust fund fee under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 514B-72(a)(2).

Takes effect June 30, 3000, except section 1 takes effect June 29, 2023.
