Establishes a statewide Human Trafficking Prevention Program within the Department of the Attorney General to address prevention and victim assistance for human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation of children.

Program shall assess anti-trafficking needs, develop prevention strategies, implement accountability measures for traffickers, promote public awareness, maintain informational materials and website, provide comprehensive training, and apply for federal funding.

Requires all public officials and state/county departments to provide necessary assistance and cooperation to the program within their jurisdictional authority.

Department of the Attorney General must submit a report to the legislature by 20 days before the 2026 regular session on commercial sexual exploitation of children and by 20 days before the 2027 regular session on human trafficking efforts, including data on victims, arrests, prosecutions, and convictions.

Effective date: June 30, 2050.
