Prohibits the sale, holding, offering, or distribution of hemp products containing cannabinoids created through isomerization, including Delta 8 tetrahydrocannabinol and their optical isomers.

Exempts medical cannabis dispensaries licensed under chapter 329D from the prohibition, allowing them to sell cannabis products containing naturally-occurring Delta 8 tetrahydrocannabinol.

Adds alternative chemical names for Delta 6 and Delta 8 cis or trans tetrahydrocannabinol and their optical isomers to the Schedule I controlled substances list under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

Makes minor clarifications to the Schedule I cannabinoid definitions, including correcting grammatical articles and updating specific chemical nomenclature for synthetic cannabinoids.
