Requires each house of the legislature to post reports of legislative allowance expenditures for each member on the legislature's website on a rolling basis.

Each report format and posting schedule shall be prescribed by the respective rules of each house.

Implements recommendations from the Commission to Improve Standards of Conduct to increase transparency and restore public trust in state government.

Maintains the existing annual legislative allowance of $7,500 per member for incidental expenses connected with legislative duties, with automatic increases matching any legislative salary increases.

Takes effect upon approval.
