• Requires the campaign spending commission to publish on its website the names of candidate committees that fail to file an organizational report or fail to correct a report within two weeks of receiving notice from the commission.

• Requires the campaign spending commission to publish on its website the names of noncandidate committees that fail to file an organizational report or fail to correct a report within two weeks of receiving notice from the commission.

• Implements recommendations from the Commission to Improve Standards of Conduct to increase transparency and public trust in campaign finance by making noncompliant committees publicly identifiable.

• Takes effect upon approval.
