Mandates Department of Education provide training to teachers, school administrators, and behavioral health specialists on sex trafficking dynamics, identification methods, victim support, and prevention strategies.

Requires Department of Attorney General to conduct public education and outreach events in all four counties covering trafficking vulnerabilities, local trafficking cases, identification methods, victim resources, and community prevention strategies.

Appropriates unspecified funding to Department of Attorney General for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to develop and implement required public education and outreach events.

Takes effect upon approval, with appropriations effective July 1, 2023.
