Establishes a two-year native pollinator habitat pilot project to be developed and implemented by the University of Hawaii at the Manoa and Hilo campuses.

Requires the native pollinator habitats to be integrated into the University of Hawaii's existing land management program using in-house experts and resources.

Appropriates unspecified funds out of general revenues for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 for one full-time equivalent technician position, student help, and supplies at each campus site.

Addresses declining native pollinator populations, particularly the yellow-faced bee (nalo meli maoli), which are essential for cross-fertilizing native plants and supporting Hawaiian ecosystems and cultural practices.

Takes effect on June 30, 3000.
