• Police departments must collect and report detailed data on stops including: total numbers, date/time/location, reason for stop, search information, stop outcomes, demographics of persons involved (age, race, ethnicity, sex), officer information, and civilian complaints.

• Police departments must collect and report detailed data on arrests including: case numbers, arrest reasons, search details, charged offenses, case disposition, demographics of arrested persons, arresting officer information, and civilian complaints.

• Police departments must collect and report detailed data on use of force incidents including: type of force used, incident date/time/location, reason for force, search information, outcomes, demographics of persons involved, officer information, and civilian complaints.

• Each county police department must post annual reports on its website and maintain a searchable online repository of aggregate and disaggregate policing data accessible to the public; departments must retain records for at least five years after report submission.
