Extends the deadline for respondents to request a contested case hearing in response to the Campaign Spending Commission's preliminary determination from 20 days to 30 days after receipt.

Deems a person's right to a contested case hearing automatically waived if they fail to request one within 30 days of receiving the Commission's preliminary determination during a public meeting.

Allows the Campaign Spending Commission to file its orders directly in First Circuit Court for confirmation as a civil judgment without requiring a separate enforcement action.

Provides that confirmed judgments have the same force and effect as other circuit court judgments and are enforceable and collectible in the same manner, with no appeal allowed from the judgment.
