Amends Section 334-127(b) to extend the maximum period for family court-ordered assisted community treatment from one year to an unspecified number of years.

Amends Section 334-130(b) to change the automatic discharge period from one year to an unspecified number of years upon completion of the court-ordered treatment period.

Amends Section 334-133(b) to extend the maximum period for continued assisted community treatment orders from one year to an unspecified number of years and reduces the evaluation period from 180 days to an unspecified number of days.

Preserves requirements that family courts find criteria for assisted community treatment met beyond a reasonable doubt and that medication authorization decisions be based on clear and convincing evidence.

Takes effect on June 30, 2050.
