Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to develop and publish a consolidated website containing all online application processes for permits, licenses, and reservations for recreational and commercial activities regulated by the department.

Website must include applications for campsites, cabins, pavilions, hunting and fishing licenses, state park reservations, film permits, commercial tour permits, boating permits, and other authorized recreational and commercial activities.

Requires the department to convert all existing application processes and forms into digital format for use on the new website, including fee payment acceptance.

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to establish and maintain the website.

Requires the department to submit an implementation report to the legislature by December 1, 2023.
