Requests the State Auditor conduct a social and financial assessment of mandatory health insurance coverage for sexual and reproductive health care services as proposed by House Bill No. 1180 (Regular Session of 2023)

Requires the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2024

Mandates this assessment per section 23-51, Hawaii Revised Statutes, which requires legislative evaluation of any measure mandating health insurance coverage for specific health services before consideration

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Auditor, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Insurance Commissioner
