Urges the Committee on Weights to recommend a weighted student formula that provides equal consideration to small and remote rural schools

Urges the Board of Education to adopt a revised weighted student formula based on the Committee's recommendation

Identifies that small schools lack sufficient student enrollment and subsequent funding to adequately staff schools under the current weighted student formula

Requests the Committee on Weights to consider creative ways for remote schools to work together and share resources to address geographic isolation challenges

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the Board of Education Chairperson, Superintendent of Education, and Committee on Weights Chairperson
