Requests the University of Hawaii at Manoa College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) to convene a working group to evaluate updating its extension sites.

CTAHR oversees eighteen agricultural research stations distributed across the islands of Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Molokai, and Hawaii that conduct research, education, and cooperative extension activities.

Acknowledges that CTAHR's research infrastructure has been significantly impaired by lack of investment in modernization and deferred maintenance of aging facilities.

Requires the working group to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2024 Regular Session convenes.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the President of the University of Hawaii, Chairperson of the Board of Regents, and Dean of CTAHR.
