Urges the City and County of Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation to conduct necessary repairs and maintenance at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park, a 269-acre facility in Waipio that opened in 2001.

Requests the city act on the Department of Parks and Recreation's October 2022 field maintenance proposal, which identifies maintenance issues and recommends new practices to enhance the park's use and enjoyment.

Urges the Department of Parks and Recreation to reimburse volunteers who have conducted repairs and maintenance at the park complex.

Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park includes a 20-court tennis center, K. Mark Takai Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center, eight baseball diamonds, a softball complex, multipurpose fields, a 20-lane archery range, and a 12,800 square-foot dog park added in March 2021.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor of Honolulu, Chair of the Honolulu City Council, and Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
