Requests the University of Hawaii, in consultation with the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, to conduct a feasibility study on redeveloping land at TMK (1) 2-8-015:001 (adjacent to University of Hawaii at Manoa campus) into workforce housing and affiliated uses.

Directs the study to include a conceptual development plan and market study identifying steps needed for redevelopment of the parcel.

Notes the University of Hawaii's plans to demolish a Public Broadcasting Station building and relocate the College of Education at the site, as well as relocate the University of Hawaii Children's Center.

Requires the University of Hawaii to submit a report on the feasibility study to the Legislature no later than 20 days prior to the convening of the 2025 Regular Session.

Cites Hawaii's critical housing shortage, with estimates of 26,000 to 47,000 new housing units needed before 2030.
