Urges the Department of Transportation to construct an all-way crosswalk (pedestrian scramble) at the intersection of Kahualii Street, Waipio Point Access Road, and Farrington Highway near Waipahu High School.

Cites pedestrian safety concerns, noting Hawaii averages 28 pedestrian fatalities annually on roads without proper crosswalks and that heavy congestion of students occurs during school start and end times in this area.

Requests the Department of Transportation cooperate with the City and County of Honolulu's Department of Transportation Services to explore additional safety measures for pedestrians and students using Farrington Highway near Waipahu High School.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Director of Transportation, Mayor of Honolulu, Director of Transportation Services, Superintendent of Education, and Principal of Waipahu High School.
