Requests the Governor seek assistance from The Last Prisoner Project and Hawaii Innocence Project in implementing the clemency program.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Governor, Attorney General, Director of Public Safety, and leadership of The Last Prisoner Project and Hawaii Innocence Project.
