Requests the State Auditor to conduct a social and financial assessment of mandatory health insurance coverage for sexual and reproductive health care services as proposed by House Bill No. 1180 (Regular Session of 2023).

Requires the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2024.

Mandated by section 23-51, Hawaii Revised Statutes, which requires legislative assessment of proposed mandatory health insurance coverage before consideration of such measures.

Directs that certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Auditor, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Insurance Commissioner.
