Requests the Criminal Justice Research Institute to compile and report data on outcomes of individuals released pending trial, including those who met bail, received supervised release, or were released on recognizance.

Report must track numbers and percentages of individuals who were subsequently arrested for new crimes, failed to appear at court, or experienced other adverse outcomes while awaiting trial.

Requires submission of the pretrial data report to the Legislature by December 1, 2023, with public availability on the Criminal Justice Research Institute's website.

Directs collaboration between the Criminal Justice Research Institute, Hawaii State Judiciary, and Department of Public Safety to compile existing statewide pretrial data sources.

Transmits certified copies to the Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court, Director of Public Safety, Criminal Justice Research Institute Director, and related oversight officials.
