Urges the City and County of Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation to conduct necessary repairs and maintenance at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park, a 269-acre facility in Waipio that opened in 2001.

Requests the City and County of Honolulu act on the Department of Parks and Recreation's October 2022 field maintenance proposal that outlines maintenance issues and preferred practices.

Urges the Department of Parks and Recreation to reimburse volunteers who have conducted repairs and maintenance at the park complex.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor of Honolulu, the Chair of the Honolulu City Council, and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
