Requests the University of Hawaii, in consultation with the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation and other appropriate state agencies, to conduct a feasibility study on redeveloping lands at TMK (1) 2-8-015:001 (adjacent to University of Hawaii at Manoa campus) into workforce housing and affiliated uses.

Requires the feasibility study to include a conceptual development plan with a market study and steps needed for redevelopment of the parcel.

Mandates the University of Hawaii submit a report on the feasibility study to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2025.

Notes Hawaii needs between 26,000 to 47,000 new housing units prior to 2030 to address critical housing shortage, and the University's planned relocation of the College of Education and University of Hawaii Children's Center from the property creates an opportunity for redevelopment.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and relevant University of Hawaii and state housing officials.
