Congratulates Cerina Livaudais as the 2023 Hawaii Charter School Teacher of the Year, a science coach at DreamHouse 'Ewa Beach Public Charter School who won the 2021 Cognizant Innovation in Computer Science Education Award and guided students to win the Congressional App Challenge for two consecutive years.

Honors Cornelio "CJ" Ancheta as the 2023 Teacher of the Year for the Maui District Hāna-Lahainaluna-Lāna'i-Moloka'i Complex, a secondary math teacher at Lahainaluna High School with degrees in Agricultural Engineering who champions Problem-Based Learning and received the 2020 Hawaii State Department of Education Innovation Grant.

Recognizes Chayanee Brooks as the 2023 Teacher of the Year for the Hawaii District Kā'ū-Kea'au-Pāhoa Complex, an English teacher with nine years of experience at Kā'ū High & Pahala Elementary School, National Board Certified Teacher, and PhD candidate in Neuroscience at Mahidol University.

Acknowledges Jared Haiola as the 2023 Teacher of the Year for the Central District Leilehua-Mililani-Waialua Complex, a special education teacher of 22 years who advises Hale'iwa Elementary School's robotics team, which won the Vex IQ Robotics Hawaii State Championships twice and earned him the December 2021 Vex IQ Robotics Teacher of the Year Award.
