Requests the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to study potential solutions and develop recommendations for a long-term management plan for Sunset Memorial Park in Pearl City, Oahu.

Directs the department to report on developments since the enactment of Act 193, Session Laws of Hawaii 2018, which previously required short-term and long-term strategies for the cemetery's upkeep and maintenance.

Requires consultation with the Department of Accounting and General Services, Department of the Attorney General, Pearl City Neighborhood Board, Friends for Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, affected families, and other relevant entities.

Addresses ongoing issues at the cemetery including a damaged mausoleum, sinking graves, overgrown vegetation, vandalism, theft, and fires, resulting from years of neglect after the owning company dissolved in 2006 and its owner died in 2011.

Requires submission of findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2024 Regular Session convenes.
