House Resolution supporting the Hawaii State Energy Office in establishing an integrated Hawaii Pacific Hydrogen Hub to advance clean hydrogen production, processing, storage, and use in Hawaii and the Pacific region.

Recognizes Hawaii's leadership on clean energy policy, including adoption of a 100% renewable portfolio standard by 2045, net-negative greenhouse gas emissions commitment, and compliance with the Paris Agreement.

Notes the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act provides up to $7 billion to establish six to ten regional clean hydrogen hubs across the United States, with Hawaii's concept paper selected as one of thirty-three to advance to full application for Department of Energy funding.

Directs the Governor, Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, and all state energy-related departments to support the Chief Energy Officer in this endeavor.

Requires the Hawaii State Energy Office to provide annual legislative updates, no later than twenty days before each Regular Session, on the hydrogen hub's status, engagement efforts, and terms of any proposed agreements.
