Urges the United States Indo-Pacific Command to issue a public statement committing to zero tolerance for sex buying, sex trafficking, child sexual abuse material consumption, and child sexual exploitation by its personnel.

Requests that gender-based violence prevalence data be shared with the Missing and Murdered Native Hawaiian Women and Girls Taskforce to address the disproportionate impact on Native Hawaiian women and girls.

Calls for implementation of an anti-commercial sexual exploitation program at all Hawai'i military installations, including informational posters and signage in visible areas regarding consequences for sex buying.

Requests Hawai'i's Congressional delegation to submit an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act requiring the Department of Defense to submit annual reports to Congress on military efforts to combat commercial and non-commercial sexual exploitation.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Indo-Pacific Command, Congressional delegation, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, and Hawai'i State Commission on the Status of Women.
