Expands required documents for association registration and maintenance to include officer contact information, emergency contacts, building permits, meeting minutes for all periods, insurance policies for the preceding ten years, and structural reports.

Streamlines record access procedures by replacing "duly executed and acknowledged affidavit" requirements with simpler "written certification" for unit owners requesting association documents.

Reduces timeline for board response to document requests from thirty calendar days to ten calendar days and allows unit owners to recover attorneys' fees if they prevail in enforcement actions to obtain records.

Effective Date: July 1, 2050.
