Appropriates $2,787,957.75 from general revenues for fiscal year 2022-2023 to satisfy various claims and settlements, including $1,168,758.37 for miscellaneous claims, $79,199.38 for a judgment against the Department of the Attorney General, $1,450,000.00 for Department of Education settlements, $35,000.00 for a Department of Human Services settlement, and $55,000.00 for a Department of Accounting and General Services settlement.

Appropriates $500,000.00 from the state highway fund for fiscal year 2022-2023 to satisfy a settlement claim against the Department of Transportation, Highways Division.

Authorizes the comptroller to issue checks to claimants upon approval by the attorney general, with interest on judgments limited to the period from judgment date to thirty days after the Act's effective date.

Requires all unexpended and unencumbered balances to lapse as of June 30, 2024.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
