Repeals Act 192, Session Laws of Hawaii 2007, which required the Employees' Retirement System of the State of Hawaii to divest from companies providing support for genocide in Darfur, Sudan.

Eliminates the requirement for the public fund to provide annual reports to the legislature on the status of divestment and related duties under Act 192.

Cites the October 11, 2017 U.S. State Department notice revoking economic sanctions against Sudan as satisfying one of the repeal triggers established in Act 192.

References President Donald Trump's October 26, 2020 certification that Sudan's government had taken demonstrable steps regarding humanitarian access, militia demobilization, and prevention of atrocities.

Takes effect upon approval.
