Eliminates the current exemption in Hawaii wage and hour law (Chapter 387, HRS) that excludes employees earning guaranteed compensation of $2,000 or more per month from employee protections.

Expands minimum wage and overtime protection coverage to workers previously exempted due to their guaranteed monthly compensation level.

Subjects employers of these workers to Hawaii's wage and hour recordkeeping requirements.

Renumbers remaining employee exemptions (agricultural workers, domestic service, family members, executives/professionals, maritime workers, etc.) to account for the deletion of the $2,000 monthly compensation exemption.

Takes effect on January 1, 2050.
