Authorizes Hawaii Department of Education schools to maintain stock supplies of bronchodilators for emergency use during asthma episodes and respiratory distress.

Requires schools maintaining bronchodilator supplies to develop protocols covering employee training, medication maintenance and storage, follow-up procedures, and emergency response procedures.

Permits trained school nurses and authorized employees and agents to administer bronchodilators to any student or individual experiencing an asthma attack or asthmatic symptoms.

Requires bronchodilators be prescribed by a physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant, with the school designated as the patient; allows donations and grants for acquisition.

Provides liability immunity to schools, employees, and agents administering bronchodilators in good faith unless conduct constitutes gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, or intentional misconduct.
