Requires hourly peer-to-peer car sharing operators to ensure shared vehicles are insured with personal injury protection benefits and basic liability coverage during each car-sharing period.

Defines "hourly" as increments of one hour, up to twenty-four hours, not constrained to a calendar day.

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to regulate parking utilized by peer-to-peer car sharing at state airports.

Authorizes counties to regulate parking utilized by peer-to-peer car sharing along county streets through ordinance.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
