Appropriates funds to the Executive Office on Aging for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 for an Alzheimer's disease and related dementias public health campaign (specific dollar amount left blank in bill text).

Campaign will educate the public on early signs of cognitive impairment, the value of early detection and diagnosis, and benefits of discussing memory and thinking changes with health care professionals.

Acknowledges that more than 6 million Americans currently live with Alzheimer's disease, projected to reach 12.7 million by 2050, with deaths from the disease increasing 145% between 2000 and 2019.

Notes that caregivers provided approximately 16 billion hours of informal care valued at $271.6 billion in 2021, and Medicaid spending per person with Alzheimer's disease is 22 times greater than spending for seniors without dementia.

Takes effect on December 31, 2050.
