Appropriates general revenue funds to the Department of Health for the Hawaii State Loan Repayment Program administered by the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii at Manoa for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 (specific dollar amount left blank in bill text).

Requires all appropriated funds to be matched dollar-for-dollar by private or other public sources before funds can be released.

Provides loan repayment assistance to health care professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and registered nurses who commit to work in federally-designated health professional shortage areas in Hawaii.

Program has supported 76 recipients since September 1, 2012, with 80% remaining in Hawaii and 61% remaining at their service sites, currently serving 23 active health care professionals across underserved communities statewide.

Takes effect December 31, 2050.
