Requires domestic and foreign corporations authorized to do business in Hawaii making over $10,000 in annual independent expenditures and political contributions to disclose these activities to shareholders in an annual report.

Report must include separate aggregate totals for independent expenditures, contributions to noncandidate committees, and contributions to candidate committees, along with identification of specific monetary or nonmonetary benefits accruing to the corporation.

Corporations may fulfill reporting requirements by delivering other reports to shareholders that contain the required information in more detail, including reports filed with the campaign spending commission.

Defines "candidate committee," "contribution," "independent expenditure," and "noncandidate committee" by reference to section 11-302 of Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Effective date: July 1, 2050.
