Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 1-28.5 to allow government agencies to publish public notices on official websites as an alternative to newspaper publication.

Agencies may post notices on an electronic calendar maintained by the State or appropriate county for both statewide and county-wide public notices.

Website posting option is in addition to, not a replacement for, existing newspaper publication requirements, giving agencies flexibility in how they provide public notice.

Removes previous language allowing supplemental notice through Hawaii FYI, the State's interactive computer system, replacing it with the website posting option.

Takes effect upon approval and does not supersede more specific statutes governing transparency in public administration, such as Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapters 91 and 92.
