Requires the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to provide monthly accountability reports to beneficiaries of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920, posted on the department's website.

Reports may be included in existing monthly reports and no lease requirement applies for beneficiaries to access the accountability reports.

Each monthly report must include an accounting of expenditures for land lease interests awarded under section 207 that were exchanged or sold between beneficiaries and the department.

Each monthly report must include an accounting of the department's general revenue expenditures and a summary of the status of funds and accounts identified in section 213.

Effective date is July 1, 2050.
