Requires the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to submit an annual report on wage and hour law enforcement to the legislature no later than 20 days before each regular session, including complaints filed, investigatory actions taken, violations found, and penalties collected.

Directs the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations to establish investigation standards that protect the identity of employees filing complaints with the Wage Standards Division regarding wage and hour violations.

Requires the Director to establish an education program for employees and employers on federal and state wage and hour laws, including information on tip credit application, complaint procedures, anti-retaliation protections, and violation penalties.

Effective January 1, 2050.
