Amends Section 514B-33, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to require condominium maps for lands within agricultural districts to be accompanied by a letter from an appropriate county official certifying that the condominium property regime will conform to county zoning laws.

Amends Section 514B-52 to allow counties to require their approval of the subdivision of land greater than ten acres prior to the effective date of the condominium property regime in agricultural districts.

Requires applications for registration of projects in agricultural districts to include a verified statement signed by a county official confirming the project does not include restrictions limiting or prohibiting agricultural uses or activities.

For projects containing more than five units, requires the county statement to address availability of supportive infrastructure, potential impacts on governmental plans and resources, sensitive environmental resources, and compliance with county ordinances.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
