• Requires each county to adopt ordinances by June 30, 2024, mandating that subdividers and developers obtain approved street addresses and install United States Postal Service-compliant mailboxes for all lots, parcels, structures, or units before sale or lease in new subdivisions.

• Requires condominium maps recorded after June 30, 2024, to include a mailbox plan showing the location of all mailboxes for units in the condominium property regime.

• Requires property owners to make a good faith declaration to buyers of residential real property disclosing whether or not a United States Postal Service deliverable mailbox exists for the property being sold.

• Defines key terms including "mailbox" (receptacles meeting United States Postmaster General standards, including cluster box units), "mail," "street address," "subdivider," and "subdivision."

• Effective date: July 1, 2050.
