Prohibits the manufacture, sale, offer for sale, distribution for sale, and distribution for use of food packaging, food service ware, cosmetics, and personal care products containing PFAS (perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances) beginning December 31, 2026.

Repeals the existing section 321-602 which previously prohibited PFAS in only certain types of food packaging (wraps, liners, plates, food boats, and pizza boxes) effective December 31, 2024, replacing it with a broader prohibition.

Addresses health and environmental concerns about PFAS, which are persistent toxic substances that do not break down naturally, can contaminate drinking water, bioaccumulate in wildlife, and pose multiple adverse health effects to humans.

Expands protections beyond the 2022 Act 152 which addressed PFAS in food packaging and firefighting foam, in response to PFAS spills at Red Hill in November 2022 and September 2020.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
