Requires hemp product labels to identify the percentage of Hawaii-grown hemp contained in the product, with font size large enough for consumers to easily read on physical packaging.

Mandates that hemp products containing non-Hawaii hemp must identify the origin and percentage of hemp sourced from outside Hawaii.

For hemp products with multiple origins, requires labeling that identifies hemp percentages as either "United States" or "Foreign" if sourced outside the United States.

Applies labeling requirements to both identity statements used in labeling and advertising of hemp products under Hawaii Revised Statutes sections 141-42 and 328G-3.

Becomes effective July 1, 2050.
