Appropriates funding from general revenues to the Judiciary for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to support ōlelo Hawaii (Hawaiian language) initiatives and projects.

Recognizes that Hawaiian and English are official languages under Article XV, Section 4 of the Hawaii State Constitution, and the state constitution mandates promotion of Hawaiian culture, history, and language.

Notes that the Judiciary has already begun exploring ways to provide ōlelo Hawaii resources, interpreter services, and translation services to the public, building on a 2015 task force report that recommended establishing such resources.

Specifies that appropriated funds are not intended to supplant existing Judiciary funding or budget requests, but rather to advance ongoing ōlelo Hawaii initiatives.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050 (specific appropriation amount not filled in the bill text).
