Requires pharmacies to provide accessible prescription drug label information to individuals with difficulty seeing or reading standard printed labels, through either an electronic label on the container or a free prescription drug reader device.

Mandates pharmacies make sustained, periodic, and reasonable efforts to inform the public that prescription drug label information is available in accessible formats.

Requires pharmacies to follow best practices recommended by the United States Access Board for providing independent access to prescription drug label information.

Directs the Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules by December 31, 2023, with enforcement authority to deny, revoke, or suspend pharmacy licenses or impose fines up to $1,000 per violation for non-compliance.

Effective date of December 31, 2050.
