Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 201B-7(a)(7) to require the Hawaii Tourism Authority's contract for management of the Hawaii Convention Center facility to include marketing for all uses of the facility, effective January 1, 2024.

Changes prior language that allowed marketing contracts for convention center uses to be issued separately from management, use, operation, or maintenance contracts.

Consolidates convention center marketing requirements into a single management contract rather than permitting separate contracting arrangements.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
