Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds to the Department of Land and Natural Resources' State Historic Preservation Division for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to develop a comprehensive statewide inventory of historic properties and burial sites.

Allocates appropriated funds for three purposes: state-of-the-art archaeological surface surveys using remote sensing and satellite imagery; collection of data on burial site locations; and development of an inventory of historic buildings, structures, and other properties.

Addresses the legislature's finding that the absence of comprehensive statewide inventories delays project planning and hampers the state historic preservation division's ability to perform its responsibilities due to lack of funding.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
