Urges the City and County of Honolulu's Crisis Outreach Response and Engagement Program to provide regular care and services to homeless individuals in Central Oahu, North Shore, Leeward, and Windward regions on a rotating schedule.

The Crisis Outreach Response and Engagement Program, established in October 2021, deploys emergency medical technicians and community health workers to respond to non-violent crisis calls and provide follow-up services and resource linkages.

Program has primarily served Honolulu's urban core from Chinatown to Waikiki but has gradually expanded to other parts of Oahu.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu and the Director of the Honolulu Emergency Services Department.
