Requests the Auditor to conduct a social and financial assessment of mandatory health insurance coverage for sexual and reproductive health care services as proposed by House Bill No. 1180 and House Bill No. 1179 (2023 Regular Session)

Requires the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2024

Mandates this assessment under section 23-51, Hawaii Revised Statutes, which requires legislative concurrent resolution before considering measures that mandate health insurance coverage for specific health services

Directs certified copies of the concurrent resolution be transmitted to the Auditor, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Insurance Commissioner
