Requests the University of Hawaii at Manoa College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) to convene a working group to evaluate updating its cooperative extension sites across the islands of Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Molokai, and Hawaii.

Requires the working group to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2024 Regular Session.

Requires CTAHR to submit a separate report on the status of its cooperative extension sites and staff to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2024 Regular Session.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the President of the University of Hawaii System, Chairperson of the Board of Regents, and CTAHR Dean and Director for Research and Cooperative Extension.
